As S4 HANA Change Management Lead in Product Supply your focus will be to define and drive Change Management activities in relation to S/4 HANA across the different areas in Product Supply.Your primarily tasks will include:Define a systematic Change Management approach for the S4 HANA transformation in Product Supply. Drive the required Change Management activities and ensure solid anchoring of the new processes and solutions for the impacted areas in Product Supply. Plan and execute according to agreed objectives and milestones within scope of responsibility. Managing stakeholders across functions and at different levels in Product Supply, e.g., ensuring the right level of communication, to the different stakeholders at the right time.
You will be working in an Agile Setup, which provides a great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to support/drive the different tasks.Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:Solid experience with Change Management processes as well as experience with global systems roll-out projects is preferable. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as Project Manager/Process Lead preferably within Supply Chain. A master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT The abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward to align expectations. A natural flair for business process optimisation, standardisation, and IT systems
As a person, you are proactive and responsible and with a work structured mindset, goal oriented and focused on driving things forward. You are known for your high motivation & engagement. Completes to have an excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will join the newly established S4 HANA team in Digital Supply Chain and work closely with colleagues in the S4 HANA Program consisting of highly competent and engaged colleagues from Product Supply, IT and Finance.
Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain & Finance, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply. Our main responsibilities are to develop digital solutions improving the global processes within the end-to-end Supply Chain.
