The Position
As senior digital sourcing project manager, you will be responsible to: Drive sourcing activities to modernise our portfolio of digital systems supporting data collection in clinical trials. Be part of an established project team, and work across different departments in both development and corporate procurement. Act as an expert in all sourcing related matters for this project and organise all the stakeholders, suppliers and key resources necessary to complete agreements with suppliers and ensure they deliver according to our plans. Take the lead on written requirements, follow up on deliverables and agreements and ensure overall timely and correct follow-up. This is a unique opportunity for personal and professional development, working with very large digital investments impacting thousands of users across the globe, and be able to make a change.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we hope you have the following hard competences: Solid project management toolbox in place, preferably within project management in procurement projects. At least 5 years of experience from a top tier management consultancy or similar. Master’s degree (e.g. in IT/digital, economics, business administration, finance, engineering, supply chain management or similar). Fluency in English together with an ease of documenting what is needed in writing. On a personal level, we expect you to use your strong drive, structured approach, and ability to create results, to understand team members’ concerns and priorities clearly, and be able to motivate them, and have a excellent skills in understanding and interacting with stakeholders clearly and concisely.
About the department
You will join the project office for the DataNow project in Development and be part of the Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) sourcing team in Corporate Procurement, reporting to head of R&D digital sourcing. Most of your work will be within the DataNow project.
