Do you have extensive experience in working with Master Data and the importance of these within Supply Chain- and other business processes in backbone systems? Apply now!The positionAs Sr. MD Business Partner, you will be the MD expert responsible for ensuring high quality master data on a global scale through close partnership with business stakeholders, leading MD parts of initiatives as well as securing new or updated MD processes in full alignment with the MD governance processes. Your focus will be on optimization of the operational side of Master Data from working closely with our operational teams, assist line of business with operational issues that can be managed through existing or new processes as well as overseeing and sometimes leading deviations and Change Requests. Your contribution will be key for securing our digitalisation agenda within MD – both in terms of automations but also within Data Analysis/Advanced Analytics solutioning.
Within this position you will join a team of skilled and experienced MD resources, sharing the responsibility of defining the future master data setup, ensuring alignment between MD requirements and new or existing processes and systems. You will be a part of developing, maintaining, and implementing the MD strategy reporting to and collaborating closely with Head of Master Data. In addition, you will become familiar with our supply chain- and other business processes in our main systems and with our governance structure.QualificationsYou have solid experience Master Data Management (MDM) in a supply chain function and are very confident in defining and changing processes around data maintenance. Also, you should be experienced in leading and delivering through colleagues. In addition, extensive SAP knowledge and experience is required and experience with global systems roll-out projects is preferable.Experience and knowledge within Data Governance, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pharmaceutical production is an advantage but not a requirement. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.As a person, you enjoy taking the lead and driving development and standardisation to higher levels. You have a strong analytical and quality mind-set, enabling you to engage in problem solving as well as spot and correct mistakes effectively, and you can balance the business needs with the needs of having updated and coherent master data across IT systems. You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a professional network internally and externally, managing key stakeholders. You are a result-oriented person, who enjoys working both independently and in teams. Finally, you are keen on taking initiatives and you strive for continuous improvements in everything you do.About the departmentYou will join the Supply Chain Data Mgmt. & Analytics team supporting the global supply chain. The department is responsible for our global master data processes, ensuring master data quality and governance. We aim to stay at the forefront of technology innovation and are working with cutting edge technology to automate the master data maintenance processes for all items, ensuring high quality supply chain data from our cloud-based data lake, improving transparency in our supply chain with data as well as enabling advanced analytics solutions at scale to enhance decision making.You will join an international, diverse and highly motived team with +40 colleagues, working agile in smaller product delivery teams.
