Do you want to bring your solid Supply Chain experience and digitalisation mind-set to help us transform our Global Supply Chain? Are you looking for a position in which you will set direction and drive digitalization of our collaboration with external trading partners? If so, you could be our new Onboarding lead within our Collaboration4Future project.
The position As Global Process lead in Collaboration4Future (C4F) Upstream, you will be part of a global project with the ambition to transform collaboration with external trading partners via digital integration in OpenText. Your role in the project will be to own and govern our global digitalization of processes within purchasing and warehouse, where you oversee the onboarding activities. You will own the projects delivery model, where you will be responsible for documentation of how we onboard new trading partners. You will ensure updates to the model, and you will secure that local PMs adhere to it when digitalizing with new trading partners. You will work and bridge people across DD&IT and Line of Business (Purchasing and warehouse organisations). You will be the change ambassador and advocate for the project in purchasing and warehouse related forums. Your responsibilities and success criteria will include : As Global Onboarding Lead, you set clear direction, drive onboarding forward and align expectations with Line of Business Take ownership of our global delivery model and ensure anchoring of it in the onboarding process with the local PMs Development of new integration processes in alignment with IT and provide input to OpenText during solution design Manage stakeholders across functions and at different levels in the organisation Qualifications To be a successful Global Onboarding Lead, the following qualifications are required: A minimum of 5 years of strong business insight from similar Supply Chain positions. A master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business IT. A natural flair for Global Supply Chain business process optimisation and IT systems. PM skills with the abilities to communicate clearly, drive/move things forward and align expectations. Fluent in English. As a person, you are known for your high motivation, engagement, structure, ability to create results and open mindset. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed. Finally, you have a good sense of humour and foster a positive work environment. About the department
You will join 60 dedicated colleagues in our centre of excellence within Digital Supply Chain.
Digital Supply Chain (DSC) is anchored in “Supply Chain”, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply and our main responsibilities are to digitalise, harmonise and improve global processes and solutions within the end-to-end supply chain. Product Supply have facilities globally and have key stakeholders throughout the end-to-end supply chain. You will be part of a strong and highly engaged DSC E2E planning excellence team with 20 other colleagues specialised in Supply Chain. Working at Novo Nordisk
