The position Joining as SAP Specialist, you will become an integral part of a team comprising System Managers and IT Specialists, supporting and supervising all IT related activities across the four departments in SoOP. Your role involves ensuring project cohesion, timely execution, as well as streamlining the use of SAP. As we embark on the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA, you serve as the SoOp SAP representative in the global project team. Your key responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining end-to-end overview of how SAP supports business processes throughout the whole value chain in SoOp Acting as the link and driving the dialog with the central SAP organization in Novo Nordisk Providing advisory assistance to Super Users, Project Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives involving SAP and serving as the SoOp SAP Subject Matter Expert during the transition from SAP ECC and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Driving the SAP Super User organization, ensuring that SAP is used according to standard processes and be the Go-To-Person when new ideas need to be assessed and turned into Projects or Change Requests Overseeing SAP data flows and system interfaces, particularly with Laboratory IT Systems, ensuring that local configuration needs are reflected in a smooth and timely way. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we believe you: Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Science Possess substantial experience supporting and developing both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Sourcing & Procurement, EWM, SCM, and Manufacturing Demonstrate strong Project management skills, coupled with robust stakeholder management capabilities Display fluency in both spoken and written English It would be considered a strong advantage if you possess prior hands-on involvement in transitions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA and familiarity with GMP or GxP. As a person, you excel in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, serving as a seamless link between them; your enjoyment lies in offering expertise-based support, coupled with a naturally structured and organized approach to your work, as well as a keen sense of urgency and task prioritization. About the department In SoOp, we're proud to be the ones who make sure that the production sites around the world have everything they need to keep making life-saving treatments for patients. We make sure that all the raw materials, packaging, and other supplies are sourced, purchased, and stored properly, and that quality controls are in place to ensure everything is perfect before it's used in production. While we operate mainly in Bagsværd, Hillerød and Kalundborg, we are rapidly expanding and are currently establishing a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing production facilities Approaching 500 people in the business unit, you will be joining our Analytics & Digitalisation department, working alongside other 14 dedicated people in a team where we value diversity.
