The position As our Senior Manager Supply Chain Analytics, you will be provided the opportunity to get insights and exposure to the International Operations Commercial Supply Chain. You will interact directly with our affiliates, getting close to our markets and patients. The ultimate goal is to get from data to insight, to meaningful actions. Your key responsibility areas will be: Leading optimisation of core Supply Chain activities by applying automation technologies to achieve standardised, robust, state-of-the-art processes. Driving strategic BI and analytics projects and implementation of new digital improvement initiatives, focusing on the full value chain all the way out to the wholesalers, pharmacies, and patients. Working closely with our countries and COEs (Supply Chain Center of Excellence), you will be a key driver in shaping and defining digitalization and analytics projects. Improving Business Intelligence and customer centric Supply Chain Performance Reporting. This position is within the Supply Chain SEEMEA team and based in Copenhagen- Denmark or Istanbul- Turkey. Your direct report line will be Head of Supply Chain SEEMEA. You will work closely with affiliates within SEEMEA and the SEEMEA SC leadership team. You will be an Analytics Partner to the region and collaborate closely with our central analytics team based in Denmark. Qualifications Master’s degree and min 5 years of work experience within Data Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or other relevant area. Expert Data Analytics and Business Intelligence skills. Strong willingness to drive change and make an impact. Strong interest in digitalization, development and implementation of new solutions. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working with people from various cultures and seniority levels. Being able to work independently while valuing teamwork and best practice sharing. Flexible, proactive, and innovative attitude.
