If you are ready to take on the challenge and make a difference, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The positionAs a Senior Supply Chain Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:Become a key member of a small team that will set the future direction on how Novo Nordisk should work with supply chain design to serve the differentiated needs of our patients. Work closely with key pharma supply chain experts to analyze the product portfolio, define strategy and design segmented supply chains. Have global impact and require coordination broadly across Novo Nordisk to manage the complex internal stakeholder landscape. Work in a transformation-oriented team requiring close coordination across multiple workstreams that will impact multiple functions. Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:A master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in supply chain, preferably within pharma industry. Experience in supply chain design and strategy development. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a transformation-oriented team. Experience in project management and coordination across multiple workstreams. Experience with leading without authority About the department

The Supply Chain Transformation Office (TMO) is a newly established function under the global Novo Nordisk Supply Chain. The TMO has been put in place to drive several strategic workstreams across the full end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk. The department is growing to become a strong function of supply chain experts and leaders to drive changes across Novo Nordisk and ensure strong and impactful implementation in the line of business functions.Working at Novo Nordisk
