Take the next step in your career and apply today! The Position We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Supply Chain Transformation Management Office. The Program Manager - Operational Planning will be responsible for designing and implementing enhanced planning processes that fall under operational planning, including MPS, S&OE, RCCP, and other related activities. The successful candidate will initiate projects with clear charters that align with our global supply chain strategy and will coach and track progress of the projects to ensure successful completion. Additional responsibilities: Design and implement operational planning processes such as MPS, S&OE, and RCCP, and initiate projects that align with our global supply chain strategy. Coach senior project managers, providing necessary resources, and track project progress including status, risks, and issues. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet time, budget, and quality standards. Build relationships with stakeholders, create steering committee materials for program status reviews, and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives. Identify process improvement opportunities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide leadership, including mentoring and skill development, to project teams. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in operational planning, project management, or a related field. Demonstrated understanding of MPS, RCCP, and related planning processes within the operational planning horizon. Proven experience initiating and leading projects with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Experience in coaching and mentoring project teams with mandatory PMI and APICS certifications. Preferred experience as a consultant from a top-tier consultancy firm. The department is growing to become a strong function of supply chain experts and leaders to drive changes across NN and ensure strong and impactful implementation in the line of business functions.
