.Join us on this exciting journey help taking our Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to the next level. We are seeking a highly talented Global End-to-End Planner to optimize the supply chain network at Novo Nordisk. If you have a data & analytical mindset, combined with a solid business understanding to deliver optimized and aligned tactical plans, then we need you on our team!The position
The position is a temporary full-time role for 14 months, to cover for one of our End-to-End planners who will be on maternity leave. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of S&OP Planning & Analytics and the position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.As our Global End-to-End Planner, you will be a key player in driving the S&OP process, from a data and analytical standpoint, leveraging our Integrated Business Planning solution of the future, OMP. Working closely with our S&OP Business Partner, you will be generating end-to-end volume plans, optimizing them using scenarios and simulations, and driving alignment around S&OP decisions. Your expertise in generating recommendations and outlining the impact on various decision metrics will be crucial to your success in this role. You will play a significant role in ensuring proactive planning for efficient asset utilization, maintaining the right inventory levels, and securing uninterrupted supply to patients globally, at competitive costs – all without comprising quality and compliance. Ensuring regulatory flexibility and right-level robustness in supply chains is another key responsibility of this role. Qualifications
To qualify, you should have a master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field, with relevant work experience at a large company, preferably within life science. You must have hands-on experience in tactical planning and a sharp eye for details. Your strong analytical mindset
and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with your system mindset, will make you a perfect fit. System experience with advanced planning systems such as OMP, APO or alike is considered an advantage.

With reliable data and transparent scenario planning, we are ensuring that our end-to-end supply chain is resilient and optimized for our customers. S&OP is part of Mid-Term planning and consist of two teams with S&OP partners and End-to-End Planners – in total 20 highly skilled people balancing the total Novo Nordisk network within the tactical horizon (up to 3 years).
