As a Lead Supply Flexibility Partner, you will play a crucial role in implementing and driving the strategic framework between long-term allocation, regulatory submission plans, and our Mid-Term planning processes.Your responsibilities will include:Translating supply chain strategy and constraints into supply flexibility strategy to guide planning and decision processes in Mid-Term Planning. Facilitating cross-functional prioritization and monitoring of business-critical projects that impact product supply and flexibility. Setting and monitoring targets for supply flexibility initiatives/projects, both short- and long-term, and effectively communicating them. Qualifications
We are looking for an ideal candidate who possesses the following qualifications:A relevant master's degree in supply chain, business management, or a similar field. At least 6-8 years of experience in planning and/or project management within the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry. Strong business acumen and experience with senior stakeholder management, along with a holistic approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage complex challenges, improve and change methods and techniques in processes and systems. Skilled in change management to pursue known or unknown solutions and implement changes in areas that may be resistant to change. As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have good process understanding and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.About the department
As Lead Supply Flexibility Partner, you will be part of our newly established team, residing in Supply Chain Mid-term Planning in Novo Nordisk. The Supply Flexibility Team consists of 8 dedicated colleagues, and we operate in an informal work environment and provide opportunities to grow both as a person and professionally.
