On behalf of LEGO, we are looking for a Supply chain process specialist at six months temporary position.
Do you have a process mindset and the ambitions to bring our mission to life and influence the direction of our capacity and demand function?
LEGO are on a mission to set up a world-class S&OP process to enable data-driven decision-making in our global mould production.
Shape the future of Capacity and Demand area
In Billund, LEGO have a specialist team of Capacity and Demand Managers crunching numbers and analysing the supply chain complexity to ensure efficient production of moulds to meet the demand.
The team works with the full end-to-end supply chain to secure fact-based and data-driven decision-making. As such, we use our expertise to recommend when and where to change capacity to meet demand.
You will contribute to the Planning and Capacity Management team by bringing your process-oriented mindset to the table and:
-Document and optimize existing processes within Planning and Capacity Management
-Ensure that our Planning and S&OP process is built up to match reality
-Establish and maintain collaboration between factory owners, planners and internal customers
-Participate in the implementation of new functional areas within Elements & Moulds.

Collaboration is the key to our success. You will lead the way for the team when it comes to mapping and designing processes. In collaboration with the team, you will implement innovative solutions to current and future challenges within our processes.
This is a great opportunity to make a step change within Planning & Capacity Management by implementing strong processes in cooperation with the team.
Process wizard with an end-to-end mindset
With your solid business understanding and the ambition to make a difference, you will document and optimize processes taking all dynamics into account, internally as well as externally of Elements & Moulds.
You have strong communication skills and great ambitions, but maintain a humble approach to your role as a team player, driving you to speak up when you have a great idea, but also to listen attentively when those around you contribute with their ideas and inputs.
Moreover, you:
•Have 5+ years of experience working with supply chain processes
•Have worked in large global production companies, preferably related to engineering, for at least 5 years
•Are highly skilled within process design, mapping and documentation
•Have very strong stakeholder management skills
•Have, preferably, a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Process design or the like
•Are a team player with a high degree of emotional and social intelligence
