We are offering a position as Supply Chain Account Manager where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop within our Supply Chain department, specifically the Sales & Shipping Support department. The department is responsible for Order Management as well as Account Management providing support to our global Sales Companies within Nilfisk.
Your new team
The Supply Chain Account Management team consist of 3 existing team members, and as our new colleague, you can help drive initiatives within Supply Chain raised by our Sales Companies. We are ambitious and would like to shape our Supply Chain to meet the demand of our customers.
Furthermore, the Account Management organization helps us move from a reactive to a more proactive approach, discussing supply issues and ensuring alignment between customer supply contracts and business principles. Overall, we are 21 dedicated colleagues in the team, spread across Denmark (Brøndby), Poland and Hungary, who collaborates in an international and dynamic atmosphere.
A communicator with a strong commercial mindset
As our new Supply Chain Account Manager, you will act as the primary logistics contact between Sales Directors and Supply chain, and you will lead meetings with sales companies on relevant supply chain initiatives or challenges. Furthermore, you will represent the voice of the customer within Supply chain, and you will identify and execute on process optimization and improvements.
Additionally, your key responsibilities include:
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you are a natural communicator, you both speak and write English fluently – another Nordic language would be a plus. You have a proactive and practical approach to problem solving and process improvement, and you have great analytical skills. You are service-minded with a good sense of humor and you are motivated by being part of a dynamic and international environment.

Additionally, your key responsibilities include:
- Analyze and understand what is driving back orders and unavailability, and inform relevant stakeholders
- Manual hand carrying of Strategic Important customer orders, end-to-end coordination with our order management team
- Handle necessary priority of orders with management, and coordinate execution with the order management team
- Logistical sign of on new customer contracts
- Communicate relevant information and ensure visibility in the sales companies
- Support sales companies in supply chain related issues (customer visits, special reports etc.)

Furthermore, the ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in supply chain or similar education level
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience from a supply chain function
- Strong excel skills
- SAP skills (SD or BI) would be an advantage
- Customer centric transformation role would be a plus
