Carlsberg Supply Chain Graduate Program
The Carlsberg Graduate Program in Carlsberg Denmark is a stepping-stone for young talents with engineering or supply chain background, who are looking for an ambitious career with both national and international possibilities.
What will you explore as a graduate in Carlsberg Denmark?
You will be one of our three new graduates in Carlsberg Denmark. In order to ensure a steep learning curve and exposure to new challenges, you will be part of a two-year program consisting of rotations in different positions across functions and business units. For us it is important, that you get an insight into the entire value chain and understand what makes Carlsberg a commercial winner.
You will be working at Carlsberg Denmark Supply Chain. Supply Chain is based in Fredericia and we are proud to be most modern brewery in northern Europe. Our Supply Chain is responsible for the production and disposal of our beer and leak products, as well as the subsequent storage and distribution to our many customers in Denmark.
As a graduate in Supply Chain, you will primarily work in Supply Chain in Fredericia, but there will also be a long-term rotation in our commercial functions in Valby.
Various learning within the programme
Besides the rotations you will also attend four Graduate Workshops, where you will fx gain knowledge within negotiation, project management – and how to perform when it really matters! At the workshops you will meet some of your fellow graduates within Carlsberg Group and give you a great possibility to network and get to know people, who you can use for sparring, knowledge sharing and meet for social events.
Your ‘own’ mentor
You will be paired with a mentor from the Danish leadership team, who will help and guide you throughout the program. You are responsible for your own learning, however your mentor will challenge your thinking and provide you with feedback on how you perform in different situations.
Your qualifications
As a person one of your most remarkable characteristics is your continuous strive for results and your passion. You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, with an ability to influence and excite internal and external stakeholders and secure buy in to concepts and program. Even when things get tough, you stay positive, proactive and innovative. You are flexible, service minded and can adjust to the situation and the requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and focus on succeeding together with others.
YOUR KEY TO SUCCESS
• You are an proactive person with a ‘Can do’ attitude
• Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
• Strong business acumen and pragmatic approach to resolving issues
• Good team player and willing to go the extra mile for the team
PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Education - Master’s Degree or equivalent within engineering, supply chain.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written.
• Experience from student jobs, volunteer work or like is strongly preferred.
