On behalf of Sanofi, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to undertake the daily operational tasks related to the Supply Chain. The job also includes continuous improvements and optimization related to the processes. The position is temporary for a year, and your employment will be through Randstad. You will be expected to start ASAP.
To be a success in this job, you must be an efficient and structured Coordinator with extensive experience within Supply Chain Management. You must have experience within Pharma and have good SAP skills. You will be part of a competent team of three people in Sanofi's Copenhagen office close to the metro and other transportation options.
Key Responsibilities
Operational responsibility related to Supply Chain for the Danish market, including:
•Daily sales and stock reconciliation
•Inbound management
•Management of alerts, obsolescence and ad hoc tasks related to the Supply Chain
•Returns and destruction management
•Operational coordination and communication with 3rd party Logistics Service Provider and other vendors
About You
You take ownership of your assignments and deliverables and have a good sense of urgency on priority topics. You are motivated to do your best every day and are able to recognize and learn from your mistakes. You are an open and communicative team player who has a high level of commitment and flexibility. You like having many stakeholders and are used to working with colleagues from other countries. You are a solution- and result-oriented person, who has a structured approach to your assignments. You are proactive and ambitious with a great analytical mind-set. You have a high level of integrity, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
•You hold a degree within Supply Chain Management
•Minimum 3 years of experience working with Supply Chain and Logistics, preferably from pharmaceutical/grocery/FMCG industry
•Strong written and oral communication skills in English
•Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel. VBA or similar is a plus
•Experienced SAP user
