Everfuel’s mission is to enable European-wide production, distribution and fueling of 100% green hydrogen fuel at prices competitive to traditional fuels. They are growing rapidly and are now looking for a motivated Supply Chain Planner, who wants to join their green hydrogen journey! Is that you?
You will be working as…
As Everfuel’s Supply Chain Planner you will manage an important role in the Operations department being responsible for supply processes that will make hydrogen available at the fueling stations. It is an operational position where you will be real time monitoring the hydrogen stock at the fueling stations and managing the stock at the hydrogen sources. Your success criteria are securing full availability at the fueling stations 24/7/365 by ordering hydrogen from the most optimal sources and by securing that deliveries will arrive at the fueling station in time. You will need to take lead time for production, transportation and contractual constraints into considerations defining when and where to order hydrogen. Sources will be both internal at Everfuel electrolyzers factories and at external suppliers.
Everfuel is a young entrepreneurial company working on projects across Europe, giving you the opportunity to be working in an international environment, where you have the possibility to influence the growth strategy and the results in collaboration with your dedicated colleagues. You will be the first Supply Chain Planner at Everfuel, and you will therefore have the possibility to build and professionalize procedures and tools.
Your tasks:
- Monitoring hydrogen on fueling stations
- Managing hydrogen stock at the electrolyzers factory in Fredericia
- Identity demand gaps and supply issues and implement relevant actions
- Capacity planning for both short and long term
- Hydrogen forecasts for each market (globally)
- Track delivery performance and response time
- Forecast, prioritization, and management of subcontractors in collaboration with other colleagues
- Contingency plan for hydrogen supply
- Operational procurement and management of spare parts
Your place of work will be at the office in Fredericia when the factory is ready in Q2 2022, until then place of work will be at the “Everfuel Farm” in Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will report to the Operations Manager and you will be part of an ever-growing team who are all dedicated to ensuring that green hydrogen becomes a competitive alternative to fossil fuels. You are…
You might have an educational background within logistics or planning and a minimum of 5 years of experience working on logistics or supply chain management. You must have solid experience with ERP systems and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We prefer experience with inventory management and the ability to write and present detailed inventory reports.
We are looking for a fast learner with a solid experience who is detail oriented without losing the overview of the full picture of the supply of hydrogen, and who is disciplined and work in a structured way. You must be visionary, proactive, communicative and ready to be flexible when you need to initiate your contingency plan. You are a trustworthy team player with good interpersonal skills where people enjoy working with you. Being part of an entrepreneurial company, you must be ready and have the ability to work without full knowledge. You want to join Everfuel to make a difference and you are ready to work independently and are not afraid to make demands and decisions.

- Relevant education and relevant experience
- Structure and detail oriented and solid ability to handle competing priorities in an everchanging environment
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Experience with MS Business Central/Navision
- Experience with procurement of spare parts
- Experience with handling of documents regarding dangerous goods
- Experience from an entrepreneurial environment with steep growth
