The position

The Supply Chain Planner, Test Production is responsible for the timely planning of test production activities on Assembly and Packaging lines in IFP Hi. Test production is required to run new products on our lines, sell an existing product to a new country or optimize the way we produce to name a few. It is also a core element of building our future and the right candidate will be able to have a significant impact on our planning processes. The function will be part of a large site in rapid growth focused on the Assembly and Packaging of insulin and obesity products for millions of patients around the world.

You will be at the centre of our supply chain and your success will be dependent on your ability to build both a network and clear standards enabling you to create structure in chaos.

Your core tasks will include:

• Production Planning, tests: In close cooperation with stakeholders identify the material requirement and ensure timely deliveries and execution with minimal disturbance to normal production
• Establish process & standards: together with the other Test Planner, establish clear processes and standards making a robust setup
• Master data: setup master data in varius systems (eg. SAP ECC) to ensure the products can run on the lines
• Analytics: ad hoc supply chain analytics providing insights on future requirements and impact on our supply chain

Qualifications

A successful candidate would have:

• Engineering degree or a Master’s degree within a relevant discipline
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• 2 years of experience with planning
• Experience with ERPs, preferably SAP ECC
• Proficiency at a business level in both spoken/written English and Danish

About the department

You will be part of our Supply Chain Planning (SCP) which consist of 15 planners, specialists, analysts and project leads and we cover a wide range of activities such as production planning, supply chain analytics, capacity planning and release coordination to name a few.

The SCP team’s primary target is to ensure timely deliveries to our customers while supporting our colleagues in production towards succeeding as a site. However, as plans rarely pans out, it is essential that the planners are able to think independently, identify the best course of action and execute efficiently in close collaboration with their many stakeholders.

We always seek to systematically solve our problems, have an eye for the entire business and do our best to deliver despite any obstacles that cross our way. We are a team who works closely together and support each other when needed. We are informal and enjoy a good sense of humour.
