We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Planner to join Pilot Operations in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) on our site in Hillerød, Denmark. If you are ready for an exciting supply chain role supporting projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders across various sites, then this may be an opportunity for you.
The Position
As Junior Supply Chain Planner in Pilot Operations, you will be responsible for one or more supply chain setups within our production. The projects and supply chain may be directly related to logistics, or they may be related to other processes within the development phase of our insulin delivery devices. You will encounter a wide range of stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and external suppliers.
In our supply chain setup today, we create and maintain data for our materials and production overall.
Furthermore, as a member of the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives.
It will be a key factor in your success that you are curious and get an in-depth understanding of our organization and processes to be able to see opportunities for optimization.
You will be part of a planning group consisting of three other Supply Chain Planners and your focus will be within the supply chain setup in moulding and assembly production.
Qualifications
About the department
You will be part of DMD Pilot Operations, where we support device development from the early R&D development stages into production for clinical trials and eventually into stable production to market. You will join the logistics team, where we follow our product delivery devices through its development and test the devices in our pilot plant before they move into high-volume production.
You will be part of a team in which you will be trusted with a lot of responsibility from the beginning, backed up by the very competent colleagues you have by your side.

Qualifications
- We imagine that you have finished a bachelor or master’s degree in supply chain or similar.
- Experience using project tools and project reporting is a must. Moreover, knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) will be an advantage.
- Great skills in Excel and PowerPoint is recommended.
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English is preferred. It is a great advantage if you understand and speak Danish as well.
- On a personal level, you have good communication skills and are interested in stakeholder management.
- You have a great reputation and people like to work with you. You set the direction and drive performance while ensuring quality and progress by being pragmatic. Moreover, you prioritize knowledge sharing both within the team and in other fora.
- Your approach to your work tasks is methodological and structured and you demonstrate flexibility when priorities change while ensuring the short- and long-term motivation of your project team.
