Then join our team in the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS) - Supply Chain in Hillerød, Denmark. The job The job is newly established, and you have a unique possibility to shape the job. As Supply chain planner for packaging materials, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right packaging materials and load carriers called Tray Pallet Units (TPU’s) ready for our suppliers and customers in the Novo Nordisk supply chain. We have many types of load carriers and packaging materials for our different components and devices. These are custom-made load carriers that we recycle in the supply chain and must always have in the right amount, at the right time in the supply chain. In the job you will ensure the planning of the load carriers can cover the future demand and perform bi-annual budgeting for purchase of more load carriers. There will be a lot of exiting tasks and the most important will be: Daily planning of FlexTouch TPU’s Dialog with NN production sites worldwide on FxT TPU supply and demand related issues Placing orders and follow up on delivery Reporting and KPI’s responsible for FxT TPU performance in global network Drive or support improvement activities with DMS Supply Chain In this job you will be in close collaboration with many different stakeholders at many different levels within Novo Nordisk (i.e., production sites, the central SCM organization, planning, purchasing, quality, etc.). You will also be working with projects that are focused on driving optimization within the department by e.g., improving our processes for packaging materials and move the world of the packaging materials into the future both in a digital way and in a sustainable way supporting our circular for zero ambition. A part of the job will also be to document all changes (Change Control) made throughout the projects. This includes describing new processes and ensuring that they are following external requirements. The job requires very good communication skills and a positive mind set with the purpose of interfacing with stakeholders in a diversified and problem-solving manner. On top of that, the job requires the person to be able to priorities assignments in an everchanging and dynamic environment, where you constantly estimate the consequences and risks in the decisions you make. Qualifications You hold an M.Sc. within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other relevant educational background as well as 5-10 years of relevant experience. Also, you have experience from the production industry preferably from the pharmaceutical industry or other industries with high quality standards. You are a highly skilled Excel user and could have experience with SAP. As a person you possess a great business sense and are keen on engaging people and setting direction to achieve project specified goals. You possess good interpersonal skills, are process oriented and continuous improvement is a part of your personality. You can communicate and document in simple and uncomplicated way on all levels in both Danish and English. As a person you can handle multiples tasks/projects at the same time and can prioritize when necessary. Furthermore, you work in a structured way and are used to deliver according to targets. You are self-motivated, work independently, take responsibility and are a dedicated team player who focuses on both quality and results. Lastly, you possess an open mind-set and thrive in a global and dynamic organization. About the department and team You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing, Supply Chain department, which is responsible for Supplier Management, Planning, Purchasing and Warehousing of components that go into most medical devices in the Novo Nordisk product portfolio. Our Supply Chain Support team currently consists of 11 dedicated colleagues. The business is growing in both volume and complexity, and we look forward to welcoming a new member to our team. The Supply Chain Support team focuses on supporting the whole department to enable a stable supply of device components and high performance in the supply chain. We manage supply of components to Novo Nordisk production sites on a global scale and we focus on proactive communication with our stakeholders to secure the best possible cooperation across functions. When joining our team, you will also be joining a Supply Chain department with more than 60 colleagues of different professions within Planning, Supplier Management, Project Management and Warehousing.
