Are you a strong IT supporter with a proven track record of successfully navigating people and projects to the required destination? Would you like to work in a project department, were we build warehouses for the future, including newest technologies, sustainability designs, and interdisciplinary cooperation across NN functions? Then you might be our IT supporter responsible for IT related activities in the department. The position As IT supporter in Warehouse Expansion, you will be responsible for the IT solutions needed in both our new facilities and on related equipment. You will together with stakeholders in NN and external consultants, evaluate which IT requirements are needed in our 2 expansion projects in Hillerød and Kalundborg, and you will also be responsible for carrying out the needed tasks according to the defined project plan. You will be evaluating solutions for corporate NN IT systems together with the central IT departments and integrate these in our local project plans together with relevant project managers. You report directly to the equipment responsible manager in the department and will work in a project environment, were we have daily close coordination with our colleagues. Qualifications A relevant bachelor/master’s degree within IT, engineering or similar Experience within project management is an advantages You are fluent in English (written and verbal) As a person, you can build good relations to your stakeholders. You are systematic and a clear communicator. You thrive working autonomously and still in close cooperation with our colleagues. In busy periods, you can keep the overview and set direction for your area of responsibility. About the department We are part of Sourcing Operations, who manages the global inbound supply chain to deliver packaging and raw materials to production and clinical trials. Warehouse Expansion is a department, focusing on implementing new internal warehouse capacity to meet future demand. We are newly established, and our job is to expand the existing warehouse in Hillerød and build a new green field warehouse in Kalundborg. Our department is in Hillerød, but we are frequently having meetings in Bagsværd, Roskilde and Kalundborg. You will be a part of a new team which within a short time will consist of 12 dedicated colleagues, a team who takes care of each other and supports each other.
