The position In Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) we are planning to expand our production facilities in Hillerød, to meet the future need of our expanding product pipeline. Therefore, we are looking for a technician with experience within warehouse and logistic in API production. You will you have the responsibility for the logistics in scope on a highly critical project with high strategic impact for Novo Nordisk’s future business. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Defining and approving user requirements for the warehouse and logistic
  • Operational readiness of the new warehouse
  • Shopfloor scheduling and planning of API production
  • Administration of raw materials and spare parts
  • Purchasing and logistic to support API production.
  • In this position you will be travelling within Europe approximately 40 days a year. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
  • A relevant technical background and extensive experience with API production facilities.
  • Technical and operational knowledge from a raw material and/or spare part warehouse.
  • Technical knowledge of procedures and instructions of warehouse and logistic, including flows and planning.
  • Operational knowledge and user experience with SAP ECC and preferable SAP EWM. Experience with Coupa is an advantage.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Danish skills at least at an intermediate level.

About the department Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification and freeze-drying. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
