In 2016, we chose to become a first mover in the ERP area, and therefore invested in the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. We wanted to create a foundation that could support our global growth for the next many years. A choice that turned out to be right, and therefore we are now ready to take the next step, and invest in you and our ERP projects, so we can continue our growth in the future.
As an Internal supporter, you will be given the responsibility for support and training in D365 FO to colleagues, just as you will have the opportunity to work broadly, with everything from ERP projects such as capacity planning, expansion of advanced warehouse management, expense management, quality management, BI reporting expansion. You will, to a large degree, be the primary driver in your tasks, but of course with great support and help from the whole company, and especially from ERP and the IT team.
Your primary tasks will be:
o Provide daily support in the system
o Provide daily support for users, (incl. USA and Asia, via Teams)
o Training and education for users
o Further development of Dynamics 365 FO - together with our ERP consulting partner
You refer to our ERP Specialist, and together you form the ERP team along with the master data function. You will work closely with many departments e.g. production, warehousing, shipping and IT. Physically, ERP and IT sit together and IT consists of two employees.

About you:
You may have previously become acquainted with material disposal, production planning, logistics planning or something completely different with a wide interface in an ERP System. The most important thing is that you have the desire and ability to work with ERP systems and preferably Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
You must have the ability to convey your knowledge and provide support for your colleagues. You need to be able to drive your projects yourself, along with the help and advice that the rest of the company can provide.
It is important that you work in a structured manner and can navigate an often-busy everyday life without it disturbing you too much. As a person, you are outgoing, systematic, helpful, curious and independent.
We are a global company, and therefore you must be a strong communicator verbally and in writing in English and Danish. We are +100 employees globally, and of which 30 are daily ERP users and 30 are time registration users.

This is an exciting position where special conditions can be agreed for the right candidate regarding the mix of fixed working hours at our address in Holstebro and working remote. However, we want you to be at the address in Holstebro as often as possible, due to the work role that lies in the position. We are a company with high growth rates and ambitions, and you will work with passionate and highly committed colleagues in an informal organization.
You can expect a young and agile organization, which has +100 employees globally. We can offer 30 minutes of paid exercise during working hours per week, a healthy canteen, health scheme and of course we are 100% smoke-free.
