Key Responsibilities
As a Student Worker in Group Supply Chain, your goal is to actively support the rollout and optimization of Planning Tools & ERP systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated and utilized across the organization. You will be working in a collaborative environment with diverse responsibilities.
In your role, you will:
- Assist with implementing and maintaining IT tools and ERP systems, especially SAP IBP, and manage related documentation.
- Enhance internal communication within the SCM department, ensuring effective updates from the Group to the Business Unit level.
- Conduct supply chain analyses, manage data accuracy, update master plans, and handle ad hoc queries to support decision-making.
- Lead self-driven SCM projects on topics like segmenting and inventory accuracy, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of progress.

As a Student Worker in the Group Supply Chain, you approach your work analytically and methodically, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions. You are curious and structured, eager to explore complex supply chain topics. Driven by a desire to support end-users, you ensure they fully utilize new systems and tools. You thrive in a collaborative environment that encourages open discussion and excitement towards questions.
We expect you to have the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field).
- Strong interest and/or experience in Planning Tools and ERP systems, particularly in supply chain contexts.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Python/SQL is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Group Supply Chain's success is measured by end-user feedback within the organization. In collaboration with your manager, you'll define your responsibilities within our active projects. Your ability to satisfy end-users will drive your success in Group Supply Chain.
The Group Supply Chain Development team will be your closest colleagues. Together, we manage a diverse project pipeline, developing new tools, optimizing processes, and identifying improvement areas across the group. Collaboration, sparring, and continuous improvement are the foundation of our team.

You will join a team consisting of eight people spread across S&OP, tactical master planning, capacity allocation, ERP optimisation and implementation, and product master data.
