We’re looking for an E-commerce Logistics Manager to play a vital role in Trendhim’s continued growth journey with huge opportunities for personal and professional growth as well as significant P&L responsibility. On the way, you’ll enjoy the entrepreneurial and through-the-roof ambitious spirit of an international scale-up racing to the moon and beyond.
With direct reference to the COO, and as part of the company’s management team, you’ll play a vital role in developing and handling Trendhim’s international expansion. In this role you will coordinate, optimize, manage, negotiate and raise the bar across our entire logistics setup, hunting the best international partnerships, systems, technical integrations and logistics networks for both the business and customers to deliver convenience and cost effectiveness.
You will have a Logistics Controller reporting directly to you who handles the day to day operations and controlling, and you will likely be expanding your team over time.

Responsibilities
- Support the COO and the rest of the management team in strategic projects around international expansion and logistics. (We have big things on the drawing board)
- Constantly explore new opportunities in the market. Challenging the status quo, looking for faster, cheaper, and better solutions for our customers.
- P&L responsibility.
- Establish management frameworks and processes in your team and across teams.
- Play a vital role in opening new markets. (And continents!)
- Negotiate and handle more than 20 existing carrier partnerships across more than 25 markets.
- Optimize and develop linehauls and networks primarily in Europe.
- Responsibility for APIs and integrations.
- That we deliver on customer promises.
About you

- You possess a strong understanding when it comes to APIs and techy stuff.
