At Palsgaard, we have set out on an ambitious growth journey to double our production capacity over the next couple of years.
In this role, you will mainly be supporting our global Supply Chain organisation (Logistic, Procurement, Warehouse, and Customer Service) with various analysis and clear guidance on how to interpret finance data to ensure a profitable growth. You will work as a trusted financial advisor providing quality, timely, and transparent data on all Supply Chain numbers. Furthermore, you will be part of our global roll out of one ERP platform (Dynamics 365) to all Group entities.

You will be part of our skilled finance team supporting our stakeholders with top quality controlling and financial insights. You will report directly to Group CFO, Ole Albertsen with a dotted line to Group CSCO, Torben Dahl-Hansen, and the position is placed at our headquarter in Juelsminde (DK). Here you will experience a flexible workday, including the opportunity to work from home. The global finance community is expecting to grow even further over the next couple of years and as we work on a global scale, the position requires some yearly travel days to our different sites.

What do you need to apply?
You hold a MSc or BSc degree in Economics/Finance or the like. You have relevant business partnering experience from a similar role and you are eager to learn more and develop your professional and personal competences.
You are good at communicating at multiple levels and has the ability to translate complex data in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you have a thorough and analytical way of working and are good at building transparent and trustworthy relationships.
As you will take lead on several finance related projects, it is important that you are a people person, have strong leadership skills, and a structured and result oriented way of working - you get excited when seeing you and your colleagues succeed together.
You have a broad knowledge of the newest common IT-systems, PowerBi, and experience with implementation of ERP-systems is preferable.
You have excellent Danish and English written and verbal communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking all the financial KPIs related to Supply Chain and ensure operational targets and budgets are met.
- Provide financial data to the global Supply Chain organisation: Procurement, Logistic, Warehouse, and Customer Service.
- Preparation of scenarios, rolling forecast, budgets, and business controlling.
- Preparation of financial S&OP data.
- Identification of cost saving potential across the supply chain processes.
- Controlling of NWC elements like stock and payable days.
- Controlling of vendor master data incl. matching of PO vs vendor master terms.
- All finance flows in supply chain such as Procure to Pay, logistics incl. PO approvals and vendor master data.
- Driving digitalization (BI etc.) for financial reports on Supply Chain finance data.
- Together with Supply Chain organisation, responsible for designing and implementing the supply chain processes in all legal entities.
- As part of global ERP project group, roll out global ERP incl. responsibility of blueprint for Logistic, Procurement and Warehouse module in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
