We have an exciting position to offer a great variety of tasks, ranging from project management to procurement-related improvement projects across the SVP (Senior Vice President) area. Your main responsibilities will include: Executing the Procurement Project Portfolio in collaboration with the team and project members Identifying procurement-related opportunities and assessing their viability Analysing spending and market data, and translating these into simplified logical actions Investigate best practices that have applicability to our business area Prepare and plan communication strategies and material for end-user and stakeholders Manage stakeholders across the SVP area and our Global Procurement Functions in Bagsværd Drive dialogue with current and potential suppliers on relevant opportunities As our new Procurement Project Manager, you will gain the responsibility for identifying, assessing, planning, and executing procurement projects, with the aim of improving current practices in our business areas. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: 3+ years of experience within procurement, plus experience in project management Strong project management skills with a flair for planning and coordination The ability to navigate within a large and complex stakeholder landscape A confident and persuasive attitude that empowers others to excel Good understanding of end-to-end procurement processes Fluency in English is a must-have, knowledge of Danish would be an advantage Additionally, as a person you thrive in a global work environment, skilfully translating complex issues into easily understandable terms. Your ability to set direction when required and efficiently manage multiple changes and priorities is noteworthy. You seamlessly balance independence with teamwork, consistently striving to achieve robust business outcomes. About the department
We Support our PS API production facilities with financial planning, analysis, and business insights. We transform data into strategies, and we are responsible for the indirect spending and for defining and driving the procurement strategy. We contribute to a range of optimization projects and provide the insights that shape the way we will do things in the future.
We work with our customers and our Global Procurement Functions, why your daily work includes a presence in both Kalundborg and Bagsværd, wherever it makes the most sense for the specific project.
