As a Warehouse Capacity Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in the ongoing development of the operating model for warehouse and supply chain for IFP Kalundborg. To support the daily operations, you will ensure that the data foundation and use of data enables a reliable flow of goods and efficient capacity utilization of the warehouse. You will manage aspects of our warehouse facilities' daily flow operations, including order fulfilment, storage, optimization and inventory control. You will be strategically involved, coordinating with several departments, including production, while applying your highly analytical skills to avoid bottlenecks. Furthermore, you will as an active part of your role ensure that external inspiration is included as a parameter to improve our ways of working primarily by aligning with global functions. You are interested in technologies and have an inquisitive mindset. Key responsibilities include:
Ensure planning and execution of tasks in an effective and systematic way to keep an effective flow of goods.
Create and establish systems and procedures from scratch.
Calculate storage availability within limited space and adjust for adequate capacity of incoming/outgoing goods and materials.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimise warehouse operations.
Stakeholder management.
Qualifications Your experiences include: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Engineering or related.
3+ years of experience within product supply industry; experience from pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry is considered advantageous.
Process mapping and optimization experience, preferably in Warehouse, Logistics or Distribution.
Practical experience with data analytics, LEAN Six Sigma or similar is advantageous.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required; if relevant, willingness to learn Danish will be beneficial.

About the department
You will be a part of Injectable IFP with approximately 6.000 employees across 7 production sites in 5 countries. We are the last step in the supply chain before our products are being shipped to patients worldwide. In IFP Kalundborg (KA) we are approximately 300 employees responsible for assembling and packing products on our fully automated production lines, supporting patients with Diabetes and Obesity. The IFP KA, Finance & Operational Strategy department is a cornerstone in IFP KA Business Support team. You will be part of a team with a diverse range of competencies, currently consisting of 13 colleagues. The roles in the team ranges from Local Flow Coordinators, Local Material Coordinator, Supply chain analyst, Master Data Stewards, Finance Partners and Procurement, who are highly experienced, motivated professionals dedicated to supporting the core business at the manufacturing area, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine. We work closely with other departments, and stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization, production, and stakeholders at the global manufacturing facilities.
