The Position As an Associate Manager for our Warehouse team anchored in Business Support, you will lead a team of 10 people in Kalundborg. The teams’ main responsibilities are to secure deliveries of materials and consumables as requested to the production, and to pack and ship product for our packing sites. The team are working with systems like SAP and PasX.
The key to your success is in visible leadership, supporting, sparring, and coaching of your employees. Furthermore, personal development, systematic training and problem solving is a key ingredient in the team’s success. The same goes for coordination and exchange of learnings across teams and departments.
Your key responsibilities will include: Uphold and enforce GMP to maintain high standards.
Ensure seamless and efficient execution of all warehouse activities.
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring high level of support.
Coaching your team and developing new solutions to enhance performance.
Driving a lean mindset in the team.
You will report to the Business Support Director of BRD (Biotech Rare Disease) site Kalundborg and be part of a diverse and motivated management group, where we contribute to each other’s learnings and successes. Qualifications To be successful in this role you: Hold a Bachelor or similar degree within Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
Have relevant leadership experience preferably within supply chain in a GMP production.
Preferably, you have 3 – 5 years of experience managing a warehouse function a similar complexity with several stakeholders.
Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and verbal.
Furthermore, throughout your career you have had success in developing and motivating your team, to make everyone perform at their best. You can listen respectfully, analyze problems, and create sustainable solutions.
You can be outgoing in your communication with an open and appreciative management style, and you are used to involve and engage your surroundings. You create impact with your decisions ensuring they are followed through. You thrive in an environment where issues occur and are handled daily.
About the Department In Biotech Rare Disease, Aseptic Production Kalundborg (BRD AP KA), we are trusted with the task to fill Novo Nordisk’s Biopharmaceutical products in our newly established high-volume filling facility. Our processes entail formulation, filling, freeze-drying and product inspection. We bring value to patients by delivering high-quality GMP compliant products in a timely and cost-efficient manner. On top of this, we are constantly driving an improvement culture, both within the team but also in close collaboration with our stakeholders. We are in the middle of an ambitious ramp-up of our facility, and in parallel to this journey, we are continuously developing and improving systems to support operational excellence across the facility.
