TotalEnergies is currently looking for a strong analytical Supply Chain & Procurement Manager with excellent people and client management skills to join TotalEnergies Marketing Nordic Hub. Key Responsibilities
We run a both complex and demanding logistic operation and never back down from our promise to deliver first-class service. As Supply Chain & Procurement Manager you will be directly involved in our daily operations and play a pivotal role in securing constant and stable deliveries of our products.
As Supply Chain & Procurement Manager you will be heading our supply chain team in the lubricants business with responsibility of 11 employees including two direct reports. You will report to the Managing Director of the Nordic Hub and be part of the Management Committee.

As Supply Chain & Procurement Manager you will be heading our supply chain team in the lubricants business with responsibility of 11 employees including two direct reports. You will report to the Managing Director of the Nordic Hub and be part of the Management Committee.
This is for you
- Managing the entire supply of lubricants for the Nordic Hub
- Forecasting supply in coordination with the commercial team
- Optimization of supply sources and stock levels in coordination with the commercial team
- Procurement of transportation and warehousing services for packed and bulk products
- Managing customer service for lubricant clients
In addition, you will also be responsible for
- Procurement in the Nordic Hub
- Tenders and contracts management including renewal of contracts
- Vendor creation and coordination of tender award approvals
- Implementation of new vendors in liaison with Sales, Finance, IT and Supply Chain
- Cost controlling and reporting including monthly in-depth analysis of cost evolutions
