Student Assistant in Supply Chain at Pernod Ricard Denmark
Pernod Ricard Denmark is looking for a new student assistant in Supply Chain to join the team from October/November 2021.
Are you in the end of your studies and interested in Supply Chain/logistic, then we might be the place for you?
In this position you will play an important role in supporting with the execution of forecasts and assisting in supply planning in a FMCG company. You will also be a big part of implementing a new forecasting and replenishing system in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Team.
The position will be both exciting and challenging, requiring a lot of engagement and flexibility and with the right ability and mind-set maybe be a step towards a career in Pernod Ricard!
Main responsibilities in the role:
Assisting in Supply Chain:
In this role the tasks are both big and small, but most importantly – it is ever changing! and in the future there will be opportunities to take on more responsibilities and have additional analytical assignments.
The ideal candidate:
If you have experiences with a similar position it is a plus, but most important for us is the right mind-set

Your primary contact will be the Supply Chain Manager, but you will also work closely with Marketing and Sales.

Assisting in Supply Chain:
- Assisting in implementing a new forecasting tool and replenish system (Anaplan)
- Having weekly contact with Brand Companies
- Generating and analyzing forecast to be send for Brand Owners on a monthly basis
- Assisting with order modifications and Ad hoc tasks
In this role the tasks are both big and small, but most importantly – it is ever changing! and in the future there will be opportunities to take on more responsibilities and have additional analytical assignments.
The ideal candidate:
- Student in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Economics or similar
- Is fluent in English
- Experience in Excel with some IT-flair
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Have a flexible and agile mindset
If you have experiences with a similar position it is a plus, but most important for us is the right mind-set
