Do you have a strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning and do you want to join a company where your contributions will have a significant impact?
In this position, you will get a chance to apply your experience in supply chain planning to help set the bar for our processes - and shape your own role in an international organization with unique products.
In the role as Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning for a global production segment, ensuring that optimal solutions to match demand, supply and inventories are implemented. In doing so, you will ensure that Xellia utilizes its capacities in the best possible way - and help us deliver to our customers on time.
You will be part of our Global Planning team based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your key tasks include:
- Coordinating the Global SiOP process in one or more production areas
- Balancing and optimizing supply against demand and ensure an availability that corresponds to business requirements
- Inventory policy governance across all production sites and products/ intermediates, including accruals and scrap
- Establishing and maintaining ongoing collaboration with relevant stakeholders within different functions
- Supporting and enabling site planning teams within the SiOP process fundamentals
- Follow-up on performance, define and re-evaluate parameters, and drive continuous improvements within Global SiOP
- Perform analytics & scenario planning on supply and capacity, including revenue and cost effects
- Contributing to the improvement of the current SiOP process

In addition to the global planning team, your main collaborators include our local site planning teams, production management and the sales allocation teams. A skilled Supply Chain Analyst with industry experience
To succeed in this position, you need to be a strong communicator and a self-motivated person who thrives in an international environment. You are expected to take initiative to improve, and as a person you must thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are able to obtain knowledge on complex business and technical processes, and you understand how to translate this information and make it accessible to relevant stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Moreover, it is required that you:
- Have a bachelor or master degree within a relevant field
- Have professional experience with Supply Chain Planning
- Have excellent analytical skills and have the ability to move between a holistic and detailed perspective
- Are familiar with a variety of supply chain concepts, practices, and procedures
- Have knowledge of end-to-end business processes and are able to facilitate discussions between business functions
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English – verbally as well as written.
- Have advanced Excel skills, with experience from working with advanced pivot tables
- Are experienced in programming (VBA/Java/Python etc) and working with tools like Tableau Prep is a plus
- Having an understanding of GMP requirements is a plus – perhaps you have already worked with GDP or other GMP related tasks.
