As a Junior Executive you will help deliver our strategy of shifting the business from a traditional tobacco company to a provider of next generation nicotine products. In the last three years more than 25 of our Junior Executives have been promoted within their first year into a permanent position. You will be part of an inspiring program and get the opportunity to network with your fellow Junior Executives.
The position
The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Supply Chain team and the main purpose of the role is to support the team in data analysis and assist in process improvement. The role oriented to operational processes; however, with right attitude more opportunities will be open up for development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support manager in process development, to optimize current ways of working
- Business support to cross functional projects
- Be actively involved in new product launches
- Own and drive different projects/initiatives
- Present to senior management
System stock management and stock analysis in case of discrepancies.

You finished your Master’s degree recently and you have a strong interest in being part of an inspiring organisation where you can develop personally.
Key skills needed in these roles:
- Business or Supply Chain University degree
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Analytical, numerical and attentive to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to learn fast
- Able to work independently.
- Proactive and creative.
- Strong operational leadership (cross-functional project management)
- Able to cope with high complexity, time pressures and on-going scope changes
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
The position is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen right next to Vesterport Station.
