Unified Supply Chain Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team.
Are you passionate about supply chain planning and want to be a part of establishing new processes? Do you like working with operational execution and thrive in a dynamic cross functional environment? Then you may be the perfect fit for our newly created position as Unified Supply Chain Planner.
As our Unified Supply Chain Planner you will become responsible for supporting and developing the end-to-end supply chain related to our growing direct to consumer business. We are finalizing the implementation of the IT infrastructure that will enable full transparency on sales and inventory in stores. In that connection you will play a leading role in designing the new processes to support store replenishment in close collaboration with the merchandising and retail team.
You will act as the primary point of contact to our merchandising team who are responsible for replenishing the stores, making sure that the replenishment can run smoothly. Furthermore, you will be responsible for facilitating returns from stores at the end of the season.

You will be part of the Supply Chain & Customer Service team who look after Forecasting, Planning, Distribution and Customer Service.
Job Description:
- Support the end-to-end replenishment flow from production to stores.
- Drive and develop flow for reproductions.
- Setting up replenishment flows in connection with new stores.
- Allocation of inventory between wholesale and retail.
- Responsible for replenishment order schedule balancing service level, delivery time, cost and sustainability.
- Close communication with Merchandising, e-commerce and Retail to ensure alignment on service levels inventory holding.
- Setting and monitoring inventory KPIs for Retail and E-commerce. Communicate results regularly to relevant stakeholders.
- Communication with Customer Service and logistics to ensure shipping follow up.
- Ensuring that the shipping and receiving process at Retail and E-commerce runs smoothly and according to launch date.
- Responsibility for overview of Retail/Ecom delivery calendar including launches, promotions, returns.
- Planning and facilitating return from stores.
- Translate retail requirements into volume forecast for the distribution centre.
- Acting as backup for Senior Inventory Planning Manager.
Required skills and experience:
- You hold a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management or engineering or have another relevant background. You have 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- You have IT flare, an analytical mindset and the ability to manage large sets of numbers.
- You thrive with operational tasks and execution.
- You like cross functional collaboration and have a humble approach to learning from other functions.
- You are capable of leading smaller meetings and optimization projects.
