As an Advanced Planning Specialist, you will be a part of Pandora’s Supply Chain Planning Excellence team having a central role in improving our supply chain planning and delivering on PANDORA’s Integrated Planning Strategy covering planning of jewellery, accessories and point of sales material.
You will be challenging and improving planning processes as well as system support in collaboration with the rest of Planning Excellence and have wide exposure to stakeholders across Pandora. Furthermore, you will be:
- Responsible for transition of Logility operational tasks to new support team
- Responsible for challenging current ways of working and working on improvement initiatives
- Super user of our planning systems and representing business in system development
- Taking on an active role as business SME or functional consultant in an agile team to deliver on PANDORA’s Integrated Planning Strategy
- Developing your competencies in agile ways of working

We cherish strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner. Strong presentation and communication skills are also desirable. Furthermore, we imagine you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering, IT or similar
- Experience within planning, processes, supply planning, merchandising or supply chain development
- Global stakeholder experience from an international organization
- Experience with advanced planning systems e.g. SAP APO, AX Dynamics and Logility or other similar application ownership
- A flair for technical areas such as power-query, SQL, and programming
- An ability to build strategic partnerships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Scrum competencies within an Agile framework (this is a plus)
- Experience in Project Management (this is a plus)
Your new team
This role reports to the Manager of Global Supply Chain Planning Excellence.
You will be a part of the ‘Planning Excellence’ team with four people. We are responsible for system development and have a central role in changing the business of PANDORA’s supply chain planning and supporting the Integrated Planning strategy. We work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. We are a part of Global Omni Operations, which also consist of Jewellery Supply Planning, S&OP, POSM Supply Planning and Process Excellence team, as well as regional operations teams across the globe.
