We offer a unique opportunity in our Global Procurement team to deliver impact in a fast-paced environment.About the positionAs Category Manager, you will be a part of an experienced Category Management team (Direct Spend) located in Denmark, where you will have full opportunity to make visible results within our indirect spend, in a fast-paced environment.In addition, you will:Work on multiple levels of our organization from our SVPs to individual stakeholders driving critical initiatives for our future growth. Giving you great opportunity to ensure strong commercial results.Find ways to optimize the existing business with better processes and commercial terms in our major spend categories. Getting stakeholders involved and take the commercial lead in negotiations and sourcing.Support our organization with best practice and strong processes for all indirect spend is executed with the best possible commercial results.This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in an international organization with strong growth and a diverse requirement for products and services.ResponsibilitiesAs Category Manager, Indirect you will be given the following responsibilities:
  • Spend overview and categorization
    Together with the Finance team you will create and maintain an overview of the major spend categories within 3Shape as well as categorize these including key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Long-term strategies
    Together with the stakeholders you will create and maintain long-term strategies for the key spend categories including execution plans.
  • Head negotiations
    As a strong negotiator, you will have the commercial responsibility for all major negotiations supporting the organization in getting the best possible conditions.
  • Best practice
    You will support the organization with the best practice for supplier selection and negotiation to make sure all indirect spend is carried out professionally.
    • Professional competencies
  • You have minimum 3 years experience within Indirect Procurement on a global level
  • Experience with facility services, IT solutions, marketing services will be beneficial
  • You are able to work closely and interact with confidence with individuals at various levels
  • You are fluent in both English and Danish
  • Relevant educational nackground
  • You are a self-starter who is ambitious to deliver
  • You have a global mindset and are comfortable working with many different cultures.
