About the department

Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S is a wholly owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S, located in Køge. We produce auxiliaries for Novo Nordisk A/S as well as active substances (APIs) and auxiliaries for the global pharmaceutical market. We are today approx. 170 employees in the company.

The supply chain team is responsible for sourcing raw materials for production, production planning and in general driving the supply chain across the organization in becoming more robust, effective and efficient while ensuring compliance. Our dynamic team of six employees is expanding and we look forward to welcoming our new Supply Chain Business Analyst. We share our victories and enjoy collaborating on the harder challenges.

The job

You will be responsible for securing the supply of raw materials and primary packaging materials for production of current and future end products while also participating or driving projects with the purpose of total cost optimization. The scope of the projects or changes can vary, e.g. focus towards the suppliers, the manufacturing sites, forecasting process or compliance related matters.

You are expected to identify better practices, drive process improvements and act as a role model in the department. You will be managing internal stakeholders on all levels and external suppliers as well as communicate and present on management level.

In essence, this is a job with a high degree of independence and where results are achieved through collaboration with your stakeholders.

Qualifications

You have an MSc in Supply Chain management or a similar field, supplemented with a proven track record within supply chain management.

You are a high performer with drive, and have proven skills within; stakeholder management, commercial drive, communication and presentation. You have a strong analytical mind-set – both in terms of data and processes. You communicate effectively, meet deadlines and approach tasks in a structured way. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust amongst colleagues and partners. You have a positive attitude towards challenges and see continuous improvement as a natural part of your job.

You have excellent IT skills and working with Excel and PowerPoint is a natural part of your work day. Experience with SAP is an advantage. As you will be working in a GMP environment, it is important that you are quality-conscious. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
