We seek an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager for Meat Solutions Europe to take ownership of supply chain functions across all MS EU sites. With Procurement, Logistics/Warehouse, and Production Planning (PTA) operations working seamlessly together, our goal is to ensure that supply chain processes run smoothly, efficiently, and align with our business objectives.
We are looking for a strong leader with a deep understanding of supply chain management who can inspire, engage, and guide teams through change and continuous improvement. As Supply Chain Manager, you will adopt a collaborative and results-oriented approach, driving operational excellence while fostering innovation and teamwork.

Your performance as Supply Chain Manager will be evaluated based on cost reduction, on-time delivery, inventory management, and supplier performance, as well as your ability to drive operational efficiency and foster collaboration across sites. Success will also be measured by your effectiveness in mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (a masters degree is preferred), along with 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management. You should have a proven track record in optimizing operations and leading teams, with strong expertise in supply chain processes, inventory management, and ERP systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, and relevant certifications such as APICS CSCP or ISM CPSM are highly desirable.
Working Conditions
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with teams across our sites in Europe, blending strategic oversight with occasional hands-on involvement at our production facilities and warehouses. While the role is primarily office-based, it may occasionally require on-site oversight of warehouse and logistics operations, as well as travel to suppliers, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities.
