Main tasks and role
- Develop, lead and execute insightful analysis to support efficient and data-based decision making and business transparency
- Take lead on executing the global S&OP process throughout Terma
- Be the gatekeeper of data validity, ensuring that master data and other data foundation is fully up to date
- Develop supporting tools for an executive S&OP process to enable and enhance correct decision making in collaboration with sales and manufacturing globally in Terma
- Participate in Supply Chain improvement projects together with stakeholders globally across the company
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to propose solutions; provide appropriate linkages to other critical processes
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the end to end supply chain management processes, tools/systems as well as performance management culture
- Participate in developing and standardizing S&OP processes globally
- Identify and share best practices across the global S&OP, and ensure that these are widely adopted
Your professional qualifications
- Relevant educational background degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering or Finance
- 2+ years of work experience within operations e.g. SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing etc.
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain Management, Performance Management, Business Intelligence or other fact driven cultures
- Excellent communication skills including fluent English skills (both orally and in writing)
- International mindset, experience from working internationally or studies abroad is an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package

- You are a structured and committed, result-oriented person, working with passion and high level of energy
- You are analytical with a high drive and a natural curiosity, coupled with a fact-based approach to secure ideas are prioritized and implemented
