Then apply now for a position as Senior Supply Chain Developer in Oral Finished Products (OFP) as we are looking for a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic new colleague for our logistic team for Oral Semaglutide?
About the department
You will be working in a dynamic Business Support team with 12 other dedicated employees in Måløv. The department’s primary objective is to support OFP in developing and improving the infrastructure within the organisation. This is pursued via responsibilities ranging from data project management, analysis, reporting, finance, EHS and supply chain planning & development. In the team we are 4 people working with logistics.
The position
We are looking for a senior supply chain developer who is motivated by optimizing and streamlining planning processes. You will participate in strategic Supply Chain projects but also drive local improvements. It is expected that you can combine your supply chain expertise with your technical SAP skills to ensure best possible solutions to support our production processes. You will work in close cooperation with many areas in the Supply Chain ensuring that processes and systems are optimized and used in the most optimal way. To succeed in this position, change management will be key, since you must be able to coordinate, align and communicate internally with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. It is also expected that you are proactive in developing your own expertise and explore various possibilities as well can structure your own work. This position will give you a unique opportunity for gaining valuable experience with the Novo Nordisk supply chain.
Qualifications
We expect you to have a higher education (preferably Master’s Degree) within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or alike, with approximately 3-5 years of supply chain experience. Additionally, you have gained solid experience within SAP APO, ECC and Masterdata. As a person you have high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have excellent process understanding, great analytical skills, a strategic mind-set and the ability to work independently and in a structured way. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency. You are fluent in both written and spoken English at a professional level.
