About the department
You will be working in a dynamic Business Support team with 20 other dedicated colleagues in Måløv. The department’s primary objective is to support OFP in developing and improving the infrastructure within the organisation. This is pursued via responsibilities ranging from business analysis, finance & reporting, Environmental, Health and Safety, supply chain planning and investment projects. We are looking for a supply chain planner for our logistics team, consisting of 9 people.
We are constantly growing and we work with a project-like approach, making every day interesting.
The position
As Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) supply chain planner, you will be responsible for driving results in a fast-paced environment by owning responsibility for planning raw materials and ensuring availability to support scheduled bulk manufacturing. You will be leading the work for aligning both long- and short-term production plans with customer needs and ensuring that API products are delivered timely with highest quality.
Your key responsibilities will also include:
• Monitoring and planning the deliveries after release of API to the right warehouse
• Conduct supply risk monitoring and initiation of actions to solve supply issues
• Create supply chain process transparency through high quality communication
• Ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Updating and maintaining plans in SAP to ensure data integrity
Your overall objective is to ensure stable and reliable planning while continuously improving the supply chain. It is expected that you have interest in understanding the production processes and being able to combine this knowledge with your supply chain expertise to ensure best possible utilization of the API.

In order to succeed in this role, you:
• have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management
• have gained at least 3 years of supply chain experience
• are fluent in both written and spoken English at a professional level
• preferably have knowledge of SAP APO and ECC
• preferably have gained experience within a pharmaceutical environment
Newly graduates in relevant disciplines are welcome to apply, as well as candidates with proven experience within supply chain planning in a pharmaceutical environment that don’t hold a BA/MA.
As a person you have high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have great analytical skills, a strategic mind-set and the ability to work independently and in a structured way. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency.
