About the department
You will be working in a dynamic Logistics team, residing in the ET Business Development & Support unit, with 10 other dedicated colleagues in Måløv. The team’s primary objective is to deliver products to our patients with right quality and at the right time, as well as, ensuring we are forefront with the capacity in order to meet future patients demand.
ET is a growing area in Product Supply, Quality & IT, responsible for the production of all tablet-based products at Novo Nordisk.
The position
Our supply chain network will expand significantly in size, volume, and complexity in the years to come to support already marketed product and our pipeline of new product introductions. To prepare and support the development of our long-term planning horizon, we seek to strengthen our support to strategic planning decision in terms of how to allocate volume in our manufacturing network.
As a Supply Chain Process Analyst, your overall objective is to take the lead and drive development and standardisation to higher levels. In that also lays the motivation and ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders to create together the best results.
Your key responsibilities will also include: • Pro-actively engaging with key stakeholders to develop the plans and decision material
• Bridging the different inputs regarding capacity, long term demand, production capabilities and regulatory constraints
• Making capacity scenarios and bring concrete recommendations to the management.

We are looking for someone that has high data technical and analytical skills. You will thrive in this position if you find yourself having a curious mind and an eagerness to explain the world using data.
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree within a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• Approximately 3-5 years of supply chain experience
• Solid experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in both English and Danish
As a person you have high energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic environment with many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have experience from a production company, great analytical skills, a strategic mind-set and the ability to work independently and in a structured way. You are ambitious with a high level of drive, initiative and persistency.
Finally, you should have interest in understanding the tablet manufacturing processes and being able to combine this knowledge with the needs of gathering the right data, understand the context and develop the analysis to support our stakeholders in making data driven decisions Working at Novo Nordisk
