About the department
As a key driver of Novo Nordisk’s future growth, and covering 7 regions including over 190 countries, Novo Nordisk International Operations (IO) is a dynamic environment that offers a world of opportunities. The Vice President of Commercial Supply, Manufacturing & Development in IO is looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager.
The position
As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will drive and support supply chain projects across IO, e.g. strategy development, digitalization, outsourcing, process optimisation and organisational changes. Your general project management skills will be essential – and you will be responsible for co-managing entire projects. In addition, you will also ensure frequent communication of project progress to project owner, steering committee and senior management.
You will make sure that the opportunities, challenges and priorities within IO are aligned with global best practices and establish close communication with external and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to address those needs. Our organisation is dynamic, with change management being an integrated part of our everyday life. The job puts high demands on your ability to drive cross cultural and cross functional teamwork.
The position will be based in our Regional office in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Qualifications
You hold a Master Degree within relevant area and have a good understanding and experience within Project Management. Relevant experience from consulting and within supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a requirement. You have international experience and ability to inspire cross functional teams with fluid structures across geographical boundaries.
Finally, you are comfortable using your fluent written and spoken English on daily basis.
