The Position As Senior Supply Chain Project Manager, you will oversee the Northwest European (NWE) regional supply chain development portfolio based on Global Supply Chain Strategy, regional commercial plans, and improvement opportunities. This in close collaboration with global and regional functions as well as local affiliates. Additionally, your key responsibilities will include: Drive prioritization and progress on project development portfolio using Agile framework including facilitating agile ceremonies. Take lead on regional supply chain projects (e.g within supply chain organizational development), and drive progress and change in close collaboration with stakeholders. Support our Senior Supply Chain Director in Performance Management, presentations and communication. Qualifications If you have experience in supply chain strategy development and deployment, possess solid analytical skills and are strong in stakeholder management, you might be the person we are looking for. In addition, you also: Hold a degree in Supply Chain Management or related education and have experience working within an international organization. Have 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain. You have a solid project management experience, agile ways of working and good commercial understanding. Are a strong facilitator in meetings and workshops. You enjoy and feel comfortable to perform presentations Ideally, you have experience in management consulting. Are fluent in English at business level in both written and spoken form. About the Department The NWE regional Supply Chain is anchored in our commercial organisation and covers functions within downstream supply chain supporting multiple countries across the region.
