GreenPeas A/S is looking for a proactive and reflective warehouse and packing administrator who can ensure an efficient connection between our field production, sales force, and warehouse in Ringe, which primarily supplies the Danish market.

GreenPeas is the biggest European producer of fresh green peas used as a rich protein snack. The company consists of a group of fully connected employees with big ambitions where we put ideas into action.
Production takes place mainly in Denmark, Portugal, Morocco, and Germany, and the peas are sold on the Danish and European wholesale, catering, and retail markets.
GreenPeas is handling the whole supply chain including cultivation, harvesting, packing, distribution, marketing, and sales.
About the role
We are looking for a strategical and operational leadership to ensure optimal operational management of the warehouse, packing, and distribution. At the same time, you must lead a group of committed employees to reach the daily goals.
The position is characterized by great versatility, in terms of broad responsibility, you will work both hands-on and practically, as well as managerially. You will communicate with many different stakeholders such as suppliers and customers. You must know the warehouse and the packing place as your own trouser pocket and must be able to answer all questions regarding the warehouse and the packing place and its internal processes. Occasional weekends or extended hours may be necessary during certain phases of the production.

Background and experience
There can be many paths to the job, so whether you have a technical education such as engineer, or whether you have more logistics or sales-oriented background, is not the most important. The most important thing is that you have a great curiosity and interest in looking at processes and contexts, as well as how these can be made more efficient.

- Packing operations from reception to storage, quality control, inventory, packing, follow-up, shipping
- Warehouse control
- Order handling (orders, shipping, invoicing)
- Planning packing processes
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Run projects with a focus on optimal packaging operation
