With direct reference to our Head of Indirect Sourcing, you will become part of our Sourcing team. You will be responsible for the category installation services, where you will work closely together with your key stakeholders in our Bid Management team, who are responsible for submitting bids on large public tenders from our customers. In Indirect Sourcing you will be part of a team that will support you with your category and help you to a good start.
A job with focus on cooperation, supplier development and tender process
As our new Strategic Sourcing Manager you will become the driving force in building, developing and executing the strategy for installation services. This includes spend analysis, supplier and contract overview, stakeholder mapping and developing an overall strategy for installation services, that will give Kamstrup a competitive edge in bids.
Furthermore you will be responsible for:

Personality matters
We are looking for an independent result-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager, who can contribute to the continued success of Kamstrup through great business understanding and drive. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferrable from a similar position within sourcing and/or perhaps experience from public tenders. You have an academic background, within Business, Engineering, installation services or similar. Furthermore you have flair for reading and understanding new material/tenders and derive customers’ requirements.

- Reading and analysing tender material from customers to understand their needs and requirements for the installation of the Kamstrup smart meters
- Sourcing of installation services from trusted partners and have quotes ready for bids and sometime with short deadlines
- Develop and innovate with current partners and scout market for potential new installation partners locally and internationally
- Deliver installation service to our bids, with focus on quality, service, compliance and cost (from a TCO perspective) from trusted partners
You can expect up to 15 travel days per year.
