The Position As a Supply Chain Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities: Ensure flawless delivery process of materials to LM sites by developing and maintaining an overview of delivery through Value Stream Mapping and other visualization tools. Support the delivery of products to customers from LM sites by overseeing or driving Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Long Term Forecasts (LTF). Provide logistic support to projects in Local Manufacturing, including the delivery of materials to construction sites and CMOs. Collaborate with various departments within Novo Nordisk, including affiliates, Devices, Supply, and global sites, to ensure smooth supply chain operations. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Minimum requirements of a master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong experience within Supply Chain or Operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and identify solutions to complex business challenges. Strong performance and ability to set ambitious goals without compromising Novo Nordisk’s values. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and inspire and motivate others. About the departmentLM is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organization and consists of 800 employees. Our primary role is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. With presence in countries like Japan, South Africa, Russia, Belarus, India, Iran, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and Algeria, Novo Nordisk’s LM Strategy is the platform of our business where it is stated we work in compliance with EU GMP as well as local requirements.By joining the LM Business Support team, you will be onboarded into an international environment in a group of highly skilled professionals who will make sure to welcome you and engage you in relevant networks.
