TrackMan is searching for a Procurement and Asset Manager to secure continuous supply of parts and management of an ever-increasing asset base.

TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football, and soccer get the most out of their game. We do this to support player’s development and to make their experience more engaging. Our products are a combination of radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sports simulators. We are an integrated part of the daily lives of the world’s sports superstars, the largest professional teams, and millions of amateurs across the globe.

We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Vedbæk, Denmark, and sell them globally. TrackMan is a fast-growing company with around 600 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark (Vedbæk) and offices in New York, Phoenix, Poland, Seoul and Tokyo. We are privately owned, which allows us to make decisions fast.

The job

The Procurement and Asset Manager is a new role responsible for securing that required parts are delivered on time for our production/installations, keeping overview of the asset base mainly consisting of Radars, Screens and Servers and securing an effective RMA process for accessories. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Procurement:

  • Finding new suppliers and negotiating agreements
  • Coordination with suppliers and keeping overview of outstanding/planned orders
  • Follow-up with suppliers on orders to secure deliveries when required
  • Contribute to ongoing cost reduction efforts through most effective purchase quantities and competitive bidding while maintaining high quality, on time deliveries, and reasonable inventory levels
  • Support R&D in sourcing for new development projects
  • Have close contact with both Danish and foreign suppliers

Asset Management:

  • Establish and continuously operate an asset overview by installation location
  • Responsible for securing that the CRM system is continuously updated based on changes to the asset base
  • Creation of an effective global process for handling RMAs for accessories taking regional differences into account

As the role is new, you will have the opportunity to help us form it. In the longer horizon more tasks can be added to the position based on interests.

You will work at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark.
