The Electrical Engineering Professional is responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.-

Xolta is looking for a hardware designer to develop energy storage systems of the future.
A Battery energy storage system consist of many electronic components ranging from cpu’s to high power (kW’s) both AC and DC, Modbus and TCP communication as well as analogue circuits to monitor voltages and temperature. Xolta design electronics for the industry and consumer therefore knowledge of CE requirements would be an advantage. As a HW designer, you will be involved throughout the project, from the idea phase where we, in collaboration with customers, specify the product, and at the end of the development phase, ensure that all specifications are tested and documented.
You must have a broad general electronics knowledge, with documented experience in various disciplines such as analogue electronics, power supplies, digital electronics, and EMC optimal design.
All documentation at Xolta is written in English.
You will be part of a dynamic hardware team with quick decision-making paths and participation. We work in project teams to ensure a good and open dialogue, because we believe that together we will achieve better results.

- Collaborates with senior engineers/managers to engage with customers in soliciting product specifications requirements, schedule expectations and budget
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

- Knowledge in EMC optimized design and testing

- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
