Technical Designer / Construction Technician to the concrete department at Thisted-Fjerritslev Cementvarefabrik A/S

About the position
You will be part of a team of salespeople, project managers and production management. You will collaborate with the customers' architects and engineers as well as subcontractors in order to ensure the best possible solutions for the customer.

Your tasks include:

• Preparation of floor plans, elevations, production drawings, BOMs, etc. in AutoCAD / Impact.
• Contact to the customer's architects and engineers.
• Advising salespeople and project managers in the project phase regarding element division, assembly details, etc.

There are currently 12 employees in the technical design department under our project manager who all work in close collaboration with the sales and production departments.

Qualifications
You have an education as a technical designer, construction technician or equivalent. You have experience in making 2D and 3D productions in AutoCAD. Experience with Impact will be an advantage. You have a flair for IT.

You are quality conscious and like to work independently. However, you also work well in collaboration with others, and you are willing to help colleagues when needed. In addition, you are good at coordinating and communicating with customers, partners, and colleagues.

You are careful and structured in your approach to tasks, and you are responsible and can make independent decisions based on your professionalism. You can keep calm in stressful situations, and it is important that you can prioritize and create an overview of tasks.

Since 1945, Thisted-Fjerritslev Cementvarefabrik A/S (hereafter TCT) has been a supplier to Danish construction. We supply concrete elements for residential and industrial construction. In addition, we are a total supplier in agriculture with everything from elements, pig, and cattle columns to special solutions in the form of floors for interior design of stables.

Our construction department is a total supplier of everything in EURO pipes, drainage systems, paving stones, blocks, ready-mixed concrete, and mortar, etc. Our contractor sales focus primarily on sales to North and West Jutland

To live up to customer demand and expectations, TCT has undergone several major expansions. The company currently has 20,000 m2 under roof and storage space of 250,000 m2 on Stevnsvej in Thisted. In addition, we have the department in Fjerritslev, where we produce tiles and pipes. In 2005, the company acquired Nykøbing Flise- og Mørtelfabrik A/S, which today is a department under TCT. Tiles and mortar are produced here.
