We are busy at restaurant Che Fe, therefore looking for a floor manager joining us from 03-01-2023.

Your qualifications:🚦 You have experience from the service sector, international is a plus🚦You have practical or/and documented experience of leadership🚦You have experience of budgeting and strategy planning🚦 You have strong communicational skills🚦 You are strong in English both written and spoken, Italian and Danish are a plus
Your responsibilities will include:⭕️Plan, work and follow-up on business goals⭕️Optimize restaurant floor costs, budgeting and follow up⭕️Take responsability of your restaurant section to provide outstanding guest experience⭕️Training, motivating and hiring new staff
Facts:📌Working hours:4 evening shifts from14:00-24:00 (during our opening days Wed-Sat). You are flexible and can work in many different levels with different tasks depending on the sub-goals we have to meet.📌Plan is given one month in advance and there is possibility and flexibility both ways.📌Salary: Full time and Fixed salary agreement. Salary is individually based on previous experiences, education etc.
