-- You have personality, natural charm, great energy and a desire to take responsibility for the guests. You take great pride in your work, are aware of the details and always do your best in the effort to fulfill the wishes and needs of the guests. You represent Nimb in the best possible way, and you put an honor into making our guest impressed. Last but not least you are fully aware of, that good service excellent hosting goes hand in hand.

If walls could talk... - then it would probably take place in French in Nimb Brasserie! Since Nimb opened in 1909, French cuisine has been the foundation of the house's cooking, a repertoire that is still honored and cultivated in Nimb Brasserie. We are Nimb's largest restaurant and attract locals, hotel guests and tourists from all over the world who come to enjoy a good meal in a beautiful but still informal setting. We are one of Denmark's largest, but also the most intimate and relaxing brasseries, where we put the guest at the center with culinary quality and personal service in the best spirit of the house.
We have high expectations
• The passion for good service, food and wine permeates your work. Your knowledge and commitment enchant the guests when you guide them through an eventful evening
• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience from larger a la carte restaurants
• You can give the guests an exclusive experience
• You are outgoing and have high product knowledge
• You are a great colleague who always give an helping hand to your colleagues when they need you
